If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, your appointment technically can be canceled. 

 

Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or rebook an appointment failure to do so you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. 

 

If you no show an appointment the entire cost can be charged you. No showing multiple appointments will lead to not being able to book in again.

Pre-purchased treatments or packages that have not yet begun can be refunded.

 

Once a treatment is pre-purchased there is not an expiry, unless stated so. The treatment will go on your file and can be used at any time. If we no longer offer that treatment, the credit will stay on file to be used towards another facial. 

 

Once a treatment package has begun All treatments and bonus express treatments will be on file. Packages cannot be refunded once begun. Packages can be transferred to another client with consent of the original package owner. 

 

If you have any sort of concern, reaction or  purging within the first 48 hours after your appointment. You can book in an LED express at no cost and we can take a look and assess your skin.
